ABOUT US

Our Mission

We reconcile students to Christ, equipping them through spirit-filled communities of prayer, worship, fellowship, discipleship and mission to transform the university, the marketplace and the world.

We seek to introduce fellow collegians to an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. We plan to do this through…

prayer…Communication with God.

worship…Expressions of thanks through word, music, and service.

fellowship…Community of students developing quality relationships.

discipleship…Learning about Jesus and following His example.

mission…Living a life that reflects our relationship with God in what we say and do.

The Three Anchors

There are three things are are essential to every follower of Jesus. They are simple to understand but take a lifetime to master.

Real Devotional Life

Our desire is that every student would have a vibrant, personal relationship with God. We believe that a real devotional life is essential for a solid relationship with God. Through spending time in the Word, and communicating with God frequently, fervently, and with great faith, we can experience God and live the life we are called to live.

Real Community

We are made for community! We believe that the greatest transformation occurs when we are living in real community with our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. That is why we consider the most important part of Chi Alpha to be our Core Groups.

Real Responsibility

We believe that every Christian has an outward responsibility and gets to play a role in global missions, relational evangelism, and justice. In Chi Alpha, we provide students with opportunities to serve on all levels.
